Honestly I feel by this past sad story writer is trying to justify the present he done bad with Kim dan … SORRY I AM OUT ! I do feel bad for him ,but doesn’t justify his actions..
Nah, this just shows that life isn’t black or white… There are depths in everything, and everyone is complicated as they are. Jaekjung had a hard life, which made him cold and indifferent to others’ feelings.. Since no one showed him how to be gentle. He has his reasons. It’s just the life that made him this way, and he could only cop the harsh reality like this. . But, you are right, it’s still not an excuse to justify his actions… That’s why he isn’t a good person but not that bad either…
Justify? Nobody is trying to justify anything. This shows reality: Most assholes had shitty lives, and they are just showing an example of one. Also, he only seems so mean because we like Dan so much and how kind he is, but in reality, Jaek did something many people do: he paid for prostitutes (plain and simple), and he made a VERY GENEROUS offer to Doc Dan, which he accepted. Dan was about to get raped, and he saved him and paid his loan sharks what he owed. Dan’s house was going to be demolished, and Jaek let him live in his house. If anything, Jaek (despite his temper) has been an angel to Dan, and the real problem came to be because Dan fell in love with Jaek and started acting on it while Jaek only wanted it to be more professional. Jaek fell in love but didn’t realise and refused to see it and thought Dan was trying to ruin his match because he was set up and so he doesn’t blindly trusts Dan (which is not a crime). Also, Jaek’s other mistake is that he is a selfish top but then again, he saw is as paying a prostitute (DAN ALSO CLAIMED HE WAS EXPERIENCED IN ORDER TO KEEP THE JOB BECAUSE JAEK SAID HE DIDN’T WANT TO DO IT WITH A VIRGIN) so he can be selfish. My point is, Jaek is not that bad.
